If you encounter problems getting something fixed, contact me with the details, so I can speak to them and ensure it gets sorted for you.

If you want to check whether you have permission to do something (e.g. decorating, minor DIY, host a rave, convert a bedroom into a brothel), you can check with the letting agent who will usually know what is OK.

If they say no and you disagree or you think it's a really important thing that needs to be done, you can contact me to double check.

I'm pretty sure this will never be the case, but if you don't feel like you're getting the level of service you expect from the letting agent, contact me with the details.
