If something isn't working as it should and it's my responsibility, you should first contact the letting agent. They're authorised to sort out most problems straight away and will have the best local contacts for the job, so it's your best bet for a quick resolution. 
 
If you encounter problems getting something fixed, contact me (javascript:void(0))with the details, so I can speak to them and ensure it gets sorted for you.

Can I do this?

If you want to check whether you have permission to do something (e.g. decorating, minor DIY, host a rave, convert a bedroom into a brothel), you can check with the letting agent who will usually know what is OK.
 
If they say no and you disagree or you think it's a really important thing that needs to be done, you can contact me (javascript:void(0))to double check.
